Qualifications

9+ years progressive HR; 5+ in HR Management.
Master's degree in HR, Business Admin, or related field.
Experience in large, complex, or regulated organizations.
Demonstrated HR transformation experience and enterprise initiatives.
Strong partnership with leaders to translate goals into HR strategies.

Responsibilities

Partner with senior leaders to translate business priorities into people strategies.
Lead workforce planning, talent management, organizational development, and culture initiatives.
Provide guidance on employee relations, policy interpretation and performance concerns.
