KingRecruitingServices is seeking a Senior Manager of Human Resources Business Partner to serve as a strategic advisor to senior leaders, aligning people strategies with business goals and driving organizational effectiveness and employee engagement.

The role leads workforce planning, talent management, organizational development, employee relations, performance management, succession planning and culture—partnering with leaders to build high-performing teams and to drive HR initiatives

Qualifications

• 9+ years progressive HR experience, 5+ in HR management.
• Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or related field.
• Experience in large, complex or highly regulated organizations.
• Demonstrated experience leading HR transformation or enterprise-wide initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Partner with leaders to translate business priorities into effective people strategies.
• Provide leadership across workforce planning, talent management, organizational development, and employee relations.
• Serve as a trusted advisor on organizational, workforce, and employee matters.
• Translate strategies into HR initiatives and solutions with data-driven insights.
• Lead efforts to improve organizational performance and workforce effectiveness.
• Anticipate workforce trends and proactively develop solutions.
• Foster positive workplace culture built on respect, accountability and inclusion.
• Coach HR professionals and establish clear performance standards for the HR team.
