Hanger, Inc. seeks a Senior Talent Management Partner to own the strategic design and execution of talent management initiatives. You will lead performance management, talent reviews, and succession planning while partnering with HRBP and L&D teams to shape leadership development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• 8+ years of experience in organizational effectiveness and performance management.
• Experience with Oracle Cloud HCM and HR systems.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end talent management processes including performance management, talent reviews, and succession planning.
• Partner with HRBP teams to establish talent solutions and enable development and retention.
• Configure and optimize HCM system modules to meet business needs and drive improvements.
• Develop communications, trainings, and resources to elevate capability across managers.
• Align talent decisions with business strategy and organizational growth.
