Hanger, Inc. is seeking a Senior Talent Management Partner to own the strategic design and execution of talent management initiatives, including performance management, talent reviews, and succession planning.

You will partner with HRBPs and L&D to design impactful leadership programs and drive organizational capability. This is a senior strategic role requiring independent leadership and a focus on optimal talent solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum of 8+ years of related experience in organizational effectiveness and performance management.
• Experience with Oracle Cloud HCM.
• Advanced PowerPoint and Excel skills.
• Demonstrated knowledge and experience in talent management and leadership development.
• Experience building talent management programs and supporting resources.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and collaboration skills.
• Advanced project management skills.
• Proactive attitude and drive for results.
• Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make data-driven recommendations.
• Demonstrated commitment to valuing diversity and contributing to an inclusive work environment.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end talent management processes — Design, launch, and refine annual performance management, talent reviews, and succession planning programs with accountability for strategy, execution, and business outcomes.
• Partner strategically with HRBPs to establish talent management processes, tools, and systems across the organization.
• Build and optimize our HCM talent management system modules, translating business requirements into system capabilities.
• Establish thought leadership — develop communications, training materials, and resources that elevate organizational capability.
• Lead with business acumen — understand company goals and make talent decisions to support growth.
