Job summary

QVC Group, Florence, SC, is seeking an HR Business Partner Manager to advise senior leaders and translate business priorities into people plans. You will lead talent, performance, succession, and organizational development initiatives at our Florence Fulfillment Center, guiding change with data-driven insight.

Onsite role with relocation assistance, you’ll develop delivery resources and partner across People teams to support business goals and ensure organizational health at the site.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in human resources and people partnership.
• Ability to advise senior leaders and translate business priorities into people plans.
• Experience leading people programs, organizational change, or talent initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Advise senior site and business leaders on people implications and actions.
• Translate people strategy into local priorities and deliver talent, performance, succession, and leadership development initiatives.
• Lead complex change programs and partner with leaders to support adoption and health.
• Use data and local insight to identify workforce needs and shape priorities.
• Coordinate with partners to provide consistent People & Organization support.
