Job summary

QVC Group, Inc. seeks a detail-oriented People & Organization Coordinator to support onboarding and essential HR processes at the Florence fulfillment center.

You will partner with the local People & Organization teams, team members, vendors, and leaders to keep activities organized and responsive. You will facilitate new hire orientation and provide administrative HR support, including benefits questions, leave of absence inquiries, and payroll inbox management.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 3-5 years of customer service and HR experience.
• Strong MS Office skills; experience with an HRIS preferred.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate new hire orientation.
• Administrative support (benefits, LOA inquiries, payroll inbox).
• Support events with ownership and tactical help.
• Clerical duties: correspondence, data entry, records, filing.
