Job summary

QVC Group is seeking an Operations Planning Area Manager for our Florence, SC fulfillment center. This onsite role will develop staff schedules for all distribution functions based on the 21-day plan, lead the Operations Planning Support Specialists, and report to the Scheduling Manager.

You will collaborate with site management and corporate analysis, identify base and surge needs, and build staffing models to maximize production. Relocation assistance is available.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• Analytical experience with scheduling is required.
• Working knowledge of Excel is required.
• Background in staff planning and forecast development.

Responsibilities

• Develop staff schedules with site management and corporate analysis.
• Identify base, seasonal, flex, and overtime needs for all positions.
• Manage timecard reconciliation, site scheduling, and time-off administration.
