Job summary

QVC Group, a live social shopping company, is hiring a Talent Acquisition Partner to support QVC US and oversee recruitment, interviewing, and hiring for a high-volume distribution/fulfillment center. The role reports to the Manager, Talent Acquisition and aims to guide hiring managers and People teams while developing the recruiting team.

This onsite position is based at the Florence, SC Fulfillment Center with relocation not offered.

Qualifications

• Degree-level education or equivalent experience in Talent Acquisition.
• Minimum 2 years of recruiting experience in Manufacturing and/or Warehousing environments.
• Project management skills for recruitment projects and SOP development.
• Experience promoting a positive, inclusive team culture and providing leadership and development.
• Knowledge of recruiting websites, applicant tracking systems, and creative sourcing techniques.
• Demonstrated job offer negotiation skills and ability to challenge upward.

Responsibilities

• Prescreen candidates and review resumes based on experience and position requirements.
• Manage requisitions, candidate screening, selection, and hiring processes using TA technologies (Workday).
• Participate in interviews, assessment centers, and job simulations, following market best practices.
• Source candidates using online recruiting resources, job boards, associations, LinkedIn, university career centers, and ATS.
• Organize and participate in onsite recruiting activities, hiring events, and career fairs.
• Ensure accurate completion of new hire paperwork and employment screenings.
• Manage reporting for your designated site and communicate with candidates and hiring managers.
