Job summary

DC Restaurant Group seeks an experienced Human Resources Business Partner to join our Arlington, VA corporate team. You will work directly with Executive Leadership and Operations to shape employee experiences across four brands and multiple states.

You will handle employee relations, investigations, and performance management while ensuring compliance. This role requires proactive, independent work and a passion for people in a fast-paced hospitality environment.

Qualifications

• Experience as HRBP/HR Manager or similar leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of multi-state employment laws and compliance.
• Proven ability to coach leaders and motivate teams.

Responsibilities

• Serve as trusted HR partner to regional and restaurant managers across operations.
• Lead employee relations matters, investigations, corrective actions, and employee concerns.
• Provide guidance on performance management, development, and workplace challenges.
• Ensure HR compliance across multi-state locations and brands.
• Collaborate with leadership to strengthen engagement, retention, and culture.
• Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
