DC Restaurant Group in Arlington, VA is seeking an experienced Human Resources Business Partner to work directly with executive leadership and restaurant operations to shape the employee experience across multiple brands.

You will lead employee relations, provide guidance on performance and development, and ensure HR compliance across states while collaborating with recruiting, payroll, finance, and senior leadership. This is a full-time onsite role with growth opportunities.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in HR, business, or related field.
• Experience in employee relations and investigations.
• Experience supporting multiple locations.
• Knowledge of federal, state, and local employment laws.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.

• Serve as trusted HR partner to Regional, District, and Restaurant Managers.
• Lead employee relations matters, investigations, and corrective actions.
• coach managers on performance, development, and workplace challenges.
• Navigate multi-state employment laws and ensure HR compliance across brands.
• Partner with Operations leadership to strengthen engagement and retention.
• Support leadership development and manager training.
• Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
• Collaborate with Recruiting, Payroll, Finance, and Executive Leadership.
