Job summary

DC Restaurant Group is seeking a Field Talent Acquisition Specialist to support restaurant brands from Arlington, VA in-office. The role focuses on recruiting restaurant management and hourly staff, partnering with Regional, District, and General Managers to meet staffing needs across our brands.

You will source candidates on Indeed, LinkedIn, and through referrals, conduct screenings, coordinate interviews, and manage offers and pre-employment steps in our ATS.

Qualifications

• Recruiting experience, preferably in restaurant, hospitality, or high-volume hiring.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to manage multiple open positions and priorities across locations.
• Experience sourcing candidates through Indeed, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with managers and leadership.
• Proactive attitude and initiative to find the right candidates.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Regional, District, and General Managers to understand staffing needs and develop recruiting strategies.
• Lead recruiting for restaurant management positions, including General Managers, Assistant Managers, and Shift Leaders.
• Source candidates through Indeed, LinkedIn, employee referrals, and other platforms.
• Screen candidates, coordinate interviews, and communicate throughout the hiring process.
• Support hourly hiring needs and build strong candidate pipelines across locations.
• Collaborate with field leadership to identify staffing challenges and provide recruiting support.
• Manage job postings, track applicants, and maintain candidate information in the ATS.
• Coordinate offers, background checks, and pre-employment requirements.
