Greenheck Group is seeking an HR Business Partner Manager to shape people strategy for the business and manufacturing operations. You will partner with leaders to deliver strategic HR guidance, lead employee and labor relations initiatives, and develop HR professionals to support teams.

Location is onsite in Clearwater, FL with minimal travel. The role includes governing performance management, talent development, and compensation planning within a unionized environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.
• 4–6 years of professional Human Resources experience.
• 1–2 years of relevant leadership experience.
• Experience partnering with business leaders on employee relations, talent management, and organizational initiatives.
• Knowledge of employment laws, HR policies, and employee relations practices.

Responsibilities

• Participate on business unit management teams and provide guidance and consultation on employee related issues and strategies.
• Serve as a trusted advisor for designated business teams/functions.
• Champion employer of choice initiatives.
• Assist leadership in defining recruitment needs, job requirements, and candidate selection.
