Greenheck Group in Clearwater, FL is seeking an HR Business Partner Manager to shape people strategy for our manufacturing operations. You will partner with business leaders, guide employee and labor relations, and develop HR professionals to support teams across the site.

This full-time onsite role offers a base salary in the range of $130,146 to $160,769 plus comprehensive benefits; HRBP leadership, performance management, talent development, and union experience are key expectations.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
• 4-6 years of professional human resources experience.
• 1-2 years of relevant leadership experience.
• Experience partnering with business leaders on employee relations, talent management, and organizational initiatives.
• Knowledge of employment laws, HR policies, and employee relations practices.
• PHR, SPHR, or SHRM certification preferred.
• Experience supporting unionized employees, labor relations, or collective bargaining preferred.
• HR experience within a manufacturing or industrial environment preferred.

Aufgaben

• Participate on business unit management teams and provide guidance on employee related issues and strategies.
• Serve as a trusted advisor for designated business teams/functions.
• Champion employer of choice initiatives.
• Assist leadership in defining recruitment needs, developing job requirements, screening candidates, and final employee selection.
• Provide leadership to organizational development activities including talent management, performance management, talent acquisition and succession planning.
• Work with leaders to address organizational issues, performance issues and align talent to achieve optimal business results.
• Oversee the annual performance management process and address performance issues.
• Interpret employment laws and corporate policies for employees and management.
