Job summary

Lenovo in Morrisville, NC is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to align HR strategies with ISG business priorities, partnering with senior leaders and global stakeholders to translate needs into scalable HR solutions.

You will lead HR initiatives, advise on employee relations, workforce planning, leadership development, and change management, while leveraging data and AI-enabled approaches to drive business impact.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of progressive HR business partner experience.
• Strong business acumen and ability to translate strategy into people solutions.
• Strategic thinker with the ability to balance big-picture objectives with execution.
• High efficiency with Microsoft Tools and leveraging AI for processes.

Responsibilities

• Serve as HR PMO lead for multiple organizations, ensuring execution of strategic people initiatives.
• Partner with senior leaders to shape talent strategies and drive people initiatives that support performance and leadership effectiveness.
• Provide strategic HR guidance across recruiting, performance, development, organizational design, relocations, compensation, and coaching.
