Lenovo in Morrisville NC is seeking a Senior Finance Partner to join a hybrid work model. You will partner with ISG GTM leadership, drive performance through revenue and profitability insights, and lead planning, forecasting, and strategic decision support.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Business Management, or a related field.
8+ years of relevant, hands-on experience in finance, business planning, or related commercial roles.
Located near, or willing to relocate to the Morrisville NC North American HQ with expectation of Hybrid 3 days in the office.

Responsibilities

Serve as the trusted Finance partner to ISG GTM leadership.
Drive business performance through insights on revenue, profitability, pipeline, investments, and resource allocation.
Lead planning, forecasting, and strategic decision support processes.
Identify risks and opportunities, providing actionable recommendations to leadership.
Develop executive-ready narratives that translate complex data into business decisions.
Partner across Sales, Operations, Strategy, Product, and Finance teams to influence outcomes and drive accountability.
Champion finance modernization through analytics, automation, and AI-enabled capabilities.
