Qualifications
- 8+ years of relevant experience in finance, business planning, or related commercial roles.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking capabilities.
- Located near or willing to relocate to Morrisville, NC HQ with hybrid 3 days in the office.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the trusted Finance partner to ISG ISO GTM leadership.
- Drive business performance through insights on revenue, profitability, pipeline, investments, and resource allocation.
- Lead planning, forecasting, and strategic decision support processes.
- Identify risks and opportunities, providing actionable recommendations to leadership.
- Develop executive-ready narratives that translate data into business decisions.
- Partner across Sales, Operations, Strategy, Product, and Finance teams to influence outcomes.
- Champion finance modernization through analytics, automation, and AI-enabled capabilities.
