Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in human resources, business or a related field and 3 years’ experience working in Human Resource field required or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
• Must be able to work in unregulated temperatures within the warehouse during the warmer and colder months can range from mild to moderate
• Experience with HRIS systems and Microsoft Office applications is expected.

Responsibilities

• Provides HR solutions regarding HR needs, compensation and incentive plans, onboarding, recruiting, performance appraisal systems, employee relations and policy development.
• Evaluates client needs and builds and maintains client relationships to support business strategies.
• Maintains employee personnel files and HRIS records in compliance with applicable laws.
• Supports hiring needs including posting jobs, screening and hiring candidates.
• Communicates company policies and enforces them with leadership.
