Job summary

SwapSwap in Austin, TX is seeking a Senior HR Business Partner to act as a strategic partner to leaders across the organisation, aligning people strategy with business goals and fostering an inclusive, high-impact culture.

You will lead on talent acquisition, performance management, organisational design, and change initiatives, using data and insights to drive decisions while supporting global teams (EMEA/US/APAC) as Swap scales.

Qualifications

• 4 - 7 years’ experience as an HR Business Partner or HR Generalist
• Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence and challenge senior leaders
• Experience working across the full employee lifecycle in a high-growth SaaS or tech environment
• Solid knowledge of US employment law
• Comfortable operating in fast-paced, scaling environments, bringing structure and clarity where needed
• Hands-on and adaptable, able to balance strategic thinking with day-to-day execution
• Experience in performance management, organisational design, and change initiatives
• Data-driven mindset with the ability to turn insights into action
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative, relationship-led approach
• Exposure to international teams (EMEA, US, APAC) is a plus
• CIPD Level 5/7 (or equivalent) preferred

Responsibilities

• Partner with senior leadership to translate business goals into impactful people initiatives
• Coach and support managers on performance, development, organisational change, and employee relations
• Support end-to-end hiring across your business areas, from role design through to onboarding
• Drive performance management processes and support organisational design and workforce planning
• Lead on engagement and retention initiatives aligned to company values
• Manage employee relations matters and act as a trusted escalation point
• Use HR data and insights to inform decisions and improve outcomes
• Support organisational change as we scale across teams and geographies
