Job summary

FranklinCovey is hiring a Principal HR Business Partner to align human capital strategies with Education division objectives. You will partner with senior leaders to influence strategy, drive organizational effectiveness, and implement HR initiatives across enterprise programs.

The role requires extensive HR leadership experience, broad knowledge of employment laws, and a proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Remote work is supported for this US-based position.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• 9+ years of HR experience including 3–4 years managing an HR team or Center of Excellence.
• MBA or Master's in Organizational Development preferred.
• SHRM certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and implement HR strategies.
• Provide insights on business strategy and organizational dynamics.
• Lead talent acquisition, development, and retention efforts.
• Guide employee relations and ensure policy compliance.
• Drive performance management processes and development plans.
• Address organizational development needs and change management.
• Utilize HR metrics to inform decisions and measure initiatives.
