Job summary

DHL is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to support DC leadership and drive engagement across HR programs. You will oversee payroll, benefits, training, ER, performance, safety, and compliance, working independently or with a multi-layer HR team depending on DC size.

The role requires navigating complex policies, maintaining data integrity, and partnering with Operations to ensure consistent HR practices and timely resolutions. Evening/night availability is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field. HR certification preferred.
• 5–8 years of progressive HR experience including staffing, ER, performance management, timekeeping, and safety.
• 3 years’ experience in a warehouse/production environment.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a strategic HR partner to DC leadership to drive engagement and business results.
• Lead end-to-end workforce lifecycle management for direct and temporary employees with regulatory compliance.
• Oversee payroll operations, attendance management, benefits, training, ER, and safety processes.
• Provide senior-level HR guidance on policy interpretation and employment law compliance.
• Lead employee relations investigations and risk mitigation with support from Corporate HR.
