Job summary

DHL eCommerce is seeking an HR Generalist to partner with DC operations and drive HR programs. You will manage staffing, employee relations, benefits, training, and safety initiatives, ensuring accurate policy application and documentation.

The role requires collaboration with operational leaders to deliver results while maintaining a positive and employee-friendly environment. Strong communication and confidentiality are essential, with night/early-morning shifts as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR or related field.
• 1 to 2 years HR experience including recruitment and time keeping.
• Experience in a warehouse/production environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, interview, and facilitate hiring of qualified applicants.
• Coordinate onsite hiring events, job fairs, agency engagements, and candidate communications.
• Administer onboarding and submit new hire paperwork to corporate; coordinate system activations.
• Administer company policies and follow up on compliance; coordinate investigations.
• Oversee and conduct monthly HR reports; maintain file systems (I-9, etc.).
• Support compensation, benefits and recognition processes; reconcile pay errors with Ops and payroll.
• Foster open, two-way communication and employee engagement; coordinate surveys.
• Monitor OSHA and safety-related postings; prepare safety reports.
