Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR or related field is required.
• 5+ years of experience in a multifaceted Human Resources Generalist/HRBP or Employee Relations role.
• 3+ years' experience recruiting or supporting professional, management and executive level staff.
• Prior management experience is preferred.
• PHR/SPHR (Preferred)

Responsibilities

• Provides expert consultation to managers and employees in all aspects of employee relations and policy administration.
• Analyses turnover trends and makes recommendations for improving retention.
• Assists with development and implementation of HR programs and drives change.
• Leads workforce communication and engagement efforts, presenting HR programs to diverse audiences.
• Participates in dispute/conflict resolution and leadership with program development.
• Collaborates to plan and execute recruitment strategies for assigned enterprise units.
