Job summary

Dallas Fort Worth International (DFW) Airport is seeking a Senior HR Business Partner who serves as a trusted advisor to senior staff, providing strategic-level consultation on human capital and total rewards across the organization.

You will partner with HR centers of excellence, lead organizational design discussions, implement workforce planning, and support company-wide talent initiatives while ensuring compliance with federal and state laws.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent with significant coursework in human resources, psychology, business or public administration.
• Five (5) years of related professional-level experience in human resources or organizational development.
• Degree may be substituted by increasingly responsible, professional-level HR experience on a year-for-year basis.
• Possession of a valid Class C driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Provides consultation and support in all talent practices: employee engagement, total rewards, talent acquisition, performance management, succession planning and strategic workforce planning, in partnership with the HR centers of excellence.
• Provides strategic consultation to senior staff and managers to support and align airport and talent initiatives.
• Facilitates discussion with executive leaders on organizational design and strategic workforce planning along with Talent center of excellence leaders and/or Human Resources AVP/VP.
• Facilitates discussion with client group executives and managers to share engagement survey scores and formulate action plans to support engagement goals.
• Reviews investigation results and recommends resolutions on workplace issues in collaboration with Employee Relations.
