HMSHost at Louis Armstrong New Orleans International Airport is seeking a HR Business Partner. The role partners with operations leadership to deliver strategic HR initiatives, employee engagement, and policy guidance across branches with high sales volume. Travel up to 50% supports regional coverage and business needs.

The HRBP will collaborate with the Regional HR Director and SrDO, oversee HR staff, and ensure alignment with company policies and labor relations across locations.

Qualifications

• Requires a Bachelor's degree or demonstrated equivalent.
• Requires 7–10 years of HR experience with 3–5 years in management.
• SPHR certification or equivalent HR certification is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of employment law and labor relations.
• Ability to travel nationally/regionally up to 50%.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a trusted HR partner to Operations leadership and site managers.
• Provide strategic and operational HR guidance on engagement, performance, and discipline issues.
• Lead and develop HR staff on site; ensure compliant labor relations and policy adherence.
• Oversee recruiting, onboarding, and training programs for assigned locations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align HR strategy with business goals.
