Oracle in Colorado is seeking a Principal HR Business Partner to help leaders navigate major organizational transformation while sustaining day-to-day HR execution. You will serve as a strategic advisor, connecting people decisions to business outcomes and enabling AI Reset objectives.

You will partner with executives to drive organizational design, talent assessment, and employee engagement, balancing strategic advisory work with transactional HR activities during change periods.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of progressive HR experience, including strategic HRBP support for senior leaders.
• Experience leading organizational transformation and change management initiatives.
• Strong ability to connect people strategy to measurable business outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Serve as trusted strategic advisor to senior leaders guiding transformation and people decisions.
