Job summary

Oracle US is seeking a Principal HR Business Partner to support Fusion AI Reset initiatives from its West Coast locations. You will partner with senior leaders to navigate organizational change while maintaining day-to-day HR execution, using data-driven strategies to align people decisions with business outcomes.

You will provide executive coaching, drive organizational development and workforce planning, and balance strategic advisory work with transactional HR needs across US and global

Qualifications

• Senior HRBP with 12+ years supporting senior leaders.
• Experience leading organizational transformation and change management.
• Ability to connect people strategy to measurable business outcomes.
• Strong analytical storytelling and data-driven decision making.
• Experience with HRIS/HCM systems and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a trusted strategic advisor to senior leaders during transformation.
• Partner with leadership to develop and execute people strategies.
• Lead organizational design, workforce planning, and change management.
• Collaborate to implement HR plans delivering measurable results.
• Translate data and insights into actionable recommendations.
