Job summary

Oracle is seeking a Principal HR Business Partner for Fusion AI Reset in the United States (West Coast/Colorado). You will partner with senior leaders to drive organizational change, design, and people strategies that align with business goals, while maintaining day-to-day HR operations.

You will balance strategic advisory work with transactional HR needs, leveraging data analytics and leadership coaching to sustain momentum toward AI Reset objectives across multiple locations.

Qualifications

• Minimum 12+ years HR experience with senior partner track
• Experience driving organizational change at scale
• Strong advisory capabilities to senior leadership
• Proven ability to link people strategy to business outcomes
• Excellent communication and executive presence

Responsibilities

• Advise senior leaders on transformation and people decisions with business impact
• Partner with executives to develop and execute people strategies for AI Reset objectives
• Lead org design, workforce planning, change mgmt, and succession planning during transformation
• Translate workforce data into actionable recommendations and stories for leadership
• Provide executive coaching on leadership effectiveness and team dynamics
• Collaborate across HR to implement scalable, compliant people solutions
