We are seeking a business-savvy HR Business Partner to collaborate with our leaders in Sunnyvale, CA. This strategic, hands-on role offers a chance to significantly influence our business trajectory. The ideal candidate has a proven record of driving team performance, fostering bold partnerships with senior leaders, demonstrating agile thinking, and possessing excellent interpersonal skills. The role is based in our Sunnyvale office, four days a week, Monday through Thursday. We value a ‘can-do’ attitude and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.

As a Senior HR Business Partner at JFrog, you will:
  1. Drive business results as a trusted and strategic HR partner to your business units.
  2. Enhance organizational resilience and culture by implementing retention and engagement strategies with leaders, managers, and team members.
  3. Uphold and promote JFrog’s CODEX.
  4. Collaborate with leaders to ensure clear goals, alignment, and accountability across teams.
  5. Develop proactive talent management plans addressing skill gaps, leadership development, and succession planning.
  6. Coach and support managers and leaders to deliver positive experiences at all employee lifecycle stages.
  7. Partner with Talent Acquisition, Operations, and HR Centers of Excellence to meet hiring, onboarding, cultural, compensation, and development needs.
Qualifications for a Senior HR Business Partner at JFrog include:
  1. Alignment with JFrog’s CODEX, especially integrity and care.
  2. Ability to connect authentically with leaders and employees, building strong relationships and influencing across all levels.
  3. Effective communication, presentation, and collaboration skills with diverse audiences.
  4. Ability to inspire leadership and commitment in line with our leadership attributes.
  5. Calm, confident, and decisive management in a fast-paced environment.
  6. Proactive, accountable, and results-driven mindset.
  7. 8+ years of HR experience in a high-tech, fast-paced environment; at least 5 years as an HRBP.
  8. Salary range: $180,000 to $210,000, based on skills and experience.
  9. Includes equity via restricted stock units (RSU) and participation in our Employee Stock Purchase Plan.
  10. Comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, vision, retirement, wellness, and more.
  11. Hybrid work model: 4 days in-office, 1 day remote.
