We are seeking a strategic and experienced Senior HR Business Partner to join our growing People & Culture team. In this role, you will serve as a trusted advisor and partner to the Concept Development & Research and Technology teams, aligning HR initiatives with business objectives to drive organizational success. You will also play a key role in shaping and delivering learning & development (L&D) programs that support development needs across Sila.

The starting base pay for this role is between $200,000 and $225,000 at the time of posting. The actual base pay depends on many factors, such as education, experience, and skills. Base pay is only one part of Sila’s competitive Total Rewards package that can include benefits, perks, equity, and bonuses.
