ATI is seeking to hire a Sr Human Resources Business Partner to support two locations for our Forged Products Business Unit. This position will be based in East Hartford, CT with site responsibility in East Hartford, CT and Margate, FL.
As a Human Resources Business Partner, you will be providing multi-site support for the two manufacturing sites. You will actively engage in employee relations, talent acquisition, talent management, succession, workforce management and organizational development. You will utilize your HR functional expertise to align critical human resources principles with business objectives.
