We are seeking a solution-oriented and strategic HR Business leader to support senior executives and their teams in a global environment. You will be part of both the HR Leadership Team and Business Unit leadership teams, with the opportunity to construct, implement, and measure HR solutions tailored to business needs and growth objectives. RESPONSIBILITIES

Job Responsibilities:


  1. Operate as the HR Business Partner and leadership team member for one or more assigned business units to ensure alignment of people strategies with business goals, adding impact and value.
  2. Lead the implementation and delivery of all people strategies and programs in partnership with Centers of Excellence (COE) leaders and teams for assigned business units.
  3. Provide coaching and strategic partnership across various leadership levels; influence management and employees alike.
  4. Manage collaboration among matrix teams including HR Centers of Excellence (employee relations, talent acquisition, compensation, benefits, etc.) and broader organizational units.
  5. Lead activities and communications related to change management during global HR initiatives, reorganizations, mergers, and acquisitions to ensure smooth transitions with minimal disruption.
  6. Utilize HR analytics to inform strategic decisions and evaluate HR initiatives' effectiveness.
  7. Ensure compliance with all relevant labor laws and regulations.

QUALIFICATIONS

Qualifications and Experience:


  1. Bachelor’s Degree required.
  2. 10+ years of experience as an HR generalist or a combination of generalist and specialist roles.
  3. Proven success partnering with senior management in mid to large, high-growth global environments.
  4. Strong business and financial acumen.
  5. Detail-oriented with the ability to manage both strategic and operational tasks.
  6. Working knowledge of employment legislation relevant to the regions of operation.
  7. Experience leading and influencing global teams at all organizational levels.
  8. High integrity, confidentiality, and discretion.
  9. Excellent problem-solving, judgment, and decision-making skills in nuanced situations.
  10. Strong communication and presentation skills.
  11. Expertise in MS Office 365; experience with Oracle HCM preferred.
  12. Experience in CRO, pharmaceutical, or related industries is preferred.
