Job summary

Techvantage Software in Acton, MA is seeking a Senior HR Specialist – Benefits & Leaves to oversee employee benefits programs and end-to-end leave administration onsite.

The role requires 5+ years of HR experience, strong knowledge of FMLA, PFML, ADA, STD/LTD and Workers’ Compensation, and proficiency with UKG HRIS. You will manage benefits inquiries, liaise with providers, maintain records, and support Open Enrollment.

• 5+ years of relevant HR experience.
• Knowledge of FMLA, PFML, ADA, STD/LTD and Workers’ Compensation.
• Experience with HRIS; UKG preferred.
• Strong benefits compliance knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Administer Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, Disability and Wellness benefits.
• Manage employee benefits inquiries and issue resolution.
• Coordinate with benefits providers and external vendors.
• Manage leave administration including FMLA, PFML, ADA, STD/LTD and Workers’ Compensation.
• Ensure federal and state compliance.
• Support new-hire benefits onboarding and UKG enrollment.
• Maintain HRIS, benefits and leave records.
• Prepare and analyze benefits/leave reports.
• Support audits, renewals and annual Open Enrollment.
• Handle confidential employee information professionally.
