Job summary

Insight Global is seeking a Senior Benefits Specialist to serve as a key resource on benefits matters and drive the benefits strategy. You will administer health, dental, and vision programs, answer employee questions, and ensure regulatory compliance (ACA, FMLA, ERISA, ADA).

You will manage leave processes, partner with stakeholders, analyze benefits data, and support continuous process improvements using HRIS systems like Workday, UKG, or ADP.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of progressive benefits administration experience.
• Strong understanding of ACA, FMLA, ERISA, and ADA.
• Experience handling leave administration HRIS experience (Workday is highly preferred).
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Administer and support health, dental, vision, and other benefit programs.
• Answer employee questions and resolve issues with vendors and providers.
• Ensure benefits processes remain compliant with ACA, FMLA, ERISA, ADA and other regulations.
• Manage full leave of absence process (medical, family, military, personal, ADA).
• Analyze benefits data, conduct market benchmarking and cost-benefit analyses.
• Maintain benefits documentation and recommend enhancements to improve satisfaction and retention.
