Job summary

Confidential Recruiting Partners is assisting in finding a Senior HR Specialist in Acton, MA to lead benefits administration and leave-of-absence programs. You will serve as the primary HR contact for benefits inquiries, maintain accurate HRIS records, and ensure compliance with federal and state regulations.

The role requires 5+ years in HR with experience in benefits and leave programs, including FMLA, ADA, COBRA, disability, and workers' compensation.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years in Human Resources with benefits and leave program experience.
• Strong knowledge of FMLA, ADA, COBRA and state leave programs.
• Experience with HRIS systems and data accuracy.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Support benefits enrollment, audits, open enrollment, and renewals.
• Maintain employee records in HRIS and generate reports.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and company leave regulations.
• Coordinate with external vendors for benefits communications.
• Administer medical, dental, vision, life, disability and wellness programs.
• Manage full leave administration including FMLA and workers' comp.
