Qualifications

5–8 years of HR experience with at least 3 years in benefits and leave administration.
Strong knowledge of FMLA, PFML, ADA, COBRA, STD/LTD and benefits compliance.
Experience with HRIS/HR systems and maintaining accurate HR data.

Responsibilities

Administer Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, Disability, and Wellness benefit programs.
Act as the go-to resource for employee benefits questions, issue resolution, and vendor coordination.
Manage leave programs including FMLA, PFML, ADA, STD/LTD, and Workers’ Compensation coordination.
Maintain compliance with federal, state, and plan-level benefits and leave requirements.
Support new-hire benefits enrollment and UKG enrollment processes.
Maintain accurate HRIS data, benefits records, leave documentation, and reporting.
Assist with benefits audits, renewals, and annual Open Enrollment.
Provide support with training administration and employee training records.
