Qualifications

• 5–8 years of HR experience with at least 3 years in benefits and leave administration.
• Strong knowledge of FMLA, PFML, ADA, COBRA, STD/LTD and benefits compliance.
• Experience with HRIS/HR systems and maintaining accurate HR data.
