Job summary

Catalent Winchester seeks a Director of Human Resources to lead the site’s people strategy, talent management, and employee relations in a fast-paced CDMO environment. This senior HR role partners with the GM and Site Leadership Team to deliver safe, compliant, right-first-time manufacturing support while building a succession-ready talent pipeline.

The role emphasizes leadership development, policy governance, and cross-functional collaboration to align HR initiatives with business objectives

Qualifications

• 10+ years broad and progressive experience in human resources with 3-5 years in a management role
• Manufacturing industry experience strongly preferred
• BS in relevant discipline; Masters degree preferred

Responsibilities

• Own the site People Strategy end to end; translate business goals into a pragmatic HR roadmap with milestones
• Lead, develop and mentor the Site HR team and act as trusted advisor to the GM and Site Leadership Team
• Ensure compliance with laws and regulations related to employees and their relationship with the employer
• Develop succession plans for SLT and critical roles; maintain talent slates with targeted development plans
• Embed leadership behaviors and operating norms; drive high trust, accountability, and collaboration
• Support workforce planning, talent acquisition, performance, rewards, and employee relations across the facility
