Job summary

Catalent Pharma Solutions in Malvern, PA, seeks a Senior Manager, Human Resources to lead HR for the site and the global CSS Project Management function, aligning with business priorities and HR strategy.

You will partner with site and global leaders on talent, organization design, and workforce strategy, ensuring compliance, and driving performance and succession frameworks across regions; heavy travel (~20%).

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred.
• Minimum 10 years of progressive HR experience.
• Experience in manufacturing environment preferred.
• Strong employment law and HR expertise.

Responsibilities

• Lead all HR activities for the Malvern site.
• Partner with global PM leadership to deliver scalable HR support.
• Advise leaders on talent, organisation design, and workforce strategy.
• Support organisational design and capability development across regions.
• Ensure compliance with employment law and company policies.
• Deliver consistent performance and succession frameworks globally.
• Provide guidance on employee relations and change across regions.
• Travel up to 20% annually.
