Job summary

Catalent is seeking an HR leader to be based onsite in Malvern, PA, driving strategic and operational HR solutions for the CSS PM organization. The role partners with global PM leadership to deliver scalable HR support, advise on talent and organization design, and ensure policy compliance across regions.

The position requires a strong background in employment law, manufacturing experience, and a track record of shaping workforce strategy with executive-level partners.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred.
• Minimum 10 years of progressive HR experience.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.
• Strong employment law and HR expertise.

Responsibilities

• Lead all HR activities for the Malvern site, ensuring alignment to business priorities and corporate HR strategy.
• Partner with global Project Management leadership to deliver consistent, scalable HR support across the CSS PM organization.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to site and functional leaders on talent, organization design, and workforce strategy.
• Partner with global PM leadership to execute talent strategy.
• Support organizational design and capability development.
• Ensure compliance with employment law and company policies.
• Deliver consistent performance and succession frameworks globally.
• Provide guidance on employee relations and change across regions.
• Travel 20% annual global.
• Other duties as assigned.
