Catalent’s Winchester site is a flagship US manufacturing location for large-scale oral dose forms with integrated analytics and development services. The Director, Human Resources will lead the site people strategy and partner with the General Manager to ensure safe, compliant operations and high performance in a fast-paced CDMO environment.

The role focuses on succession planning, leadership development, workforce planning, and shaping a culture that enables strong manufacturing execution

Qualifications

BS in HR, I-O psychology, business, or related field.
10+ years in human resources with 3–5 years in management.
Manufacturing industry experience strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

Own the site People Strategy end to end.
Embed leadership behaviors and drive performance.
Develop succession plans for SLT and critical roles.
Advise GM and Site Leadership Team on org design and leadership effectiveness.
Improve engagement across the site.
Ensure compliance with laws and regulations; manage HR budgets.
Lead the Site HR team and partner with leaders across the facility.
