Job summary

JBT Marel is seeking a Report Analyst to design, build and maintain HR analytics reporting with a primary focus on Workday reporting, dashboards, and data pipelines. You will extend insights via Power BI and AI-assisted tools, ensuring data governance and SOX compliance while translating business questions into scalable solutions.

The role requires translating stakeholder needs into concrete reporting requirements, validating data, and delivering timely insights to HR leadership and operations

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience building reports in Workday.
• Power BI data modeling and dashboard design experience.
• Exposure to Databricks or similar cloud platforms.
• Strong SQL skills and data literacy across relational data.
• Experience with HR data and HR metrics.
• Ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain Workday custom reports and dashboards.
• Develop Workday Discovery Boards for HR leadership and teams.
• Create and optimize Workday HCM reports and data pipelines.
• Collaborate with HR governance and functional teams to ensure compliance.
• Build reporting pipelines in Power BI connecting to Workday sources.
• Use AI tools to accelerate report development and quality checks.
• Translate business requests into reporting requirements and timelines.
• Validate data, troubleshoot issues, and maintain data lineage documentation.
• Support ad hoc HR reporting on headcount, turnover, and compensation.
