Job summary

Customers Bank is seeking a detail-oriented HR Data, Reporting & Analytics Specialist to collect, manage, analyze, and report HR data for data-driven decisions. You will collaborate to analyze metrics and support HR operations, cross-functional projects, and automation initiatives using Workday HCM and reporting tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Admin, Data Analytics, or related field required.
• 5-8 years of experience in HR analytics, reporting, or HR operations roles.
• Proficiency with Excel, Power BI, Tableau; knowledge of SQL/Python is a plus.
• Experience with HR systems and data governance, audits, and reporting calendars.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain HR dashboards and reports (headcount, turnover, DEI, time to fill).
• Ensure data integrity across HRIS, ATS, LMS, and related systems through audits.
• Generate reports and insights to HR leaders and business partners.
• Create ad hoc and recurring reports for compliance, audits, board reporting.
• Translate data into executive summaries and visualizations.
• Maintain reporting calendars and support audits and benchmarking studies.
• Automate reporting and incorporate AI where appropriate.
• Support onboarding and cross-functional HR projects to drive efficiency.
