Job summary

JBT Marel Corporation is seeking a Report Analyst to design, build, and maintain HR analytics solutions. The role centers on Workday reporting—custom reports, calculated fields, dashboards, and Discovery Boards—while also contributing to Power BI, Databricks, and AI-assisted tooling to deliver governance-compliant insights for HR leadership.

You will partner with HR governance and functional teams to ensure data accuracy and timely delivery of actionable insights, enabling data-driven decisions

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience building reports in Workday (custom reports, calculated fields, dashboards).
• Strong SQL skills and data literacy across relational data structures.
• Proficiency with Power BI for data modeling and dashboard design.
• Experience using AI-assisted tools (e.g., Copilot) for report development and documentation.
• Experience with HR metrics and HR data governance/SOX controls is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain Workday custom reports (advanced, matrix, composite) with calculated fields and report groups.
• Develop Workday dashboards and Discovery Boards for HR leadership and operations.
• Create and optimize Workday BIRT reports for HR, payroll, and workforce analytics.
• Collaborate with HR governance and functional teams to ensure data quality and change control.
• Build reporting pipelines in Power BI connecting to Workday and other HR data sources.
• Use AI-assisted tools to accelerate report development and maintain documentation.
• Translate business questions into clear reporting requirements and timelines.
• Perform data validation and root-cause analysis for reports and dashboards.
