Job summary

Collectors Universe, Inc. is seeking a hands-on Sr HR Reporting & Analytics Manager to strengthen our HRIS capabilities across a global workforce of over 4,000 employees.

You will design and maintain enterprise HR reports and dashboards, drive data governance, and partner with HRIS and IT to enable self-service analytics and AI-informed reporting. Experience with Workday reporting and BI tools is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical or business field; Computer Science, Statistics, Information Systems, or related field preferred.
• 7+ years of progressive HR analytics, reporting, or HRIS experience; at least 5 years hands-on Workday report writing.
• Expert-level proficiency in Workday Report Writer, Calculated Fields, Composite/Matrix/Advanced Reports, Discovery Boards, Worksheets, scheduling, and data source configuration.
• Working knowledge of Workday HCM across multiple modules (Core HCM, Recruiting, Compensation, Time & Absence, Payroll).
• Ability to translate business requirements into operational reports and analytics solutions with concise formats.
• Experience with AI tools and applying them to improve reporting and analytics.
• Strong Excel skills for data review and ad-hoc analysis.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain enterprise-wide HR reports and dashboards using Workday tools and BI platforms.
• Deliver executive-ready reports and presentations with clear, actionable insights.
• Triage reporting requests, assess requirements, and prioritize high-value work.
• Serve as HR reporting SME for internal/external audiences and partner on government filings.
• Promote data literacy and self-service analytics through training and a report library.
• Champion data governance and maintain HR data dictionary and calculation logic.
• Audit reports, ensure data quality, and resolve accuracy/compliance issues.
• Ensure report security and proper Workday access controls.
