Job summary

Ferguson Enterprises, LLC is seeking an Senior HR Reporting & Analytics Analyst to drive Workday reporting, governance, and analytics across the enterprise. You will design and optimize dashboards, improve data quality, and automate reporting processes to support workforce planning and leadership decisions.

You will collaborate with HR COEs, HRBPs, and operations to deliver insights, strengthen analytics maturity, and enable strategic HR decision-making in a centralized team.

Qualifications

• 5–7+ years of experience in Workday Reporting, HR Analytics, or HRIS with increasing responsibility and complexity.
• Advanced experience with Workday Report Writer, EIBs, Calculated Fields, and dashboards; Workday PRISM or other advanced modules a plus.
• Demonstrated expertise working with large HR data sets and creating scalable, automated reporting solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, and continuous improvement of complex, enterprise-level reports and dashboards across headcount, attrition, DEI, talent, recruiting, and organizational health.
• Ensure data quality, governance, and compliance across core HR systems; collaborate with HRIS to resolve data issues.
• Automate reporting processes and document reporting standards, data definitions, and workflows.
• Partner with HR Centers of Excellence, HRBPs, and HR Operations to deliver actionable insights for workforce planning and strategy.
