Job summary

FORTNA is seeking a Workday Reporting & Security Analyst to join our Workday Support team. You will deliver accurate workforce reporting, manage security, and collaborate with HR and senior stakeholders to translate business needs into actionable insights.

You will develop dashboards, maintain People Analytics, and ensure compliance with data privacy requirements, including GDPR-aligned practices, while supporting audits and security governance across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR/IT/CS or equivalent experience.
• At least 5 years with HR/Finance systems and report tools.
• HR functional experience with data models and roles.
• Proficient in Workday HCM reporting; certification preferred.
• Strong knowledge of SOX and data privacy regs.
• Ability to translate business needs into reporting requirements.
• Excellent communication and collaboration with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Define reporting requirements and develop Workday reports and dashboards.
• Deliver workforce metrics and analytical insights.
• Manage Workday People Analytics, including security and data privacy.
• Validate custom reports for accuracy.
• Support and troubleshoot reports and security configurations.
• Document report functionality and design.
• Review releases and test security changes.
• Audit security roles and access logs; support audits.
• Coordinate with vendors on security implications.
