Job summary

TBC Corporation is seeking an HRIS Analyst to optimize HR technology, improve data processes, and deliver timely workforce analytics. You will partner with HR and business leaders to ensure data integrity and drive system enhancements that support operational goals.

Key duties include developing HRIS reports using SuccessFactors and SAP tools, and delivering dashboards that combine data from HR, Payroll, and Benefits to inform decisions.

Qualifications

• BA/BS in Computer Science, Information Systems, HR Management, or Business Administration.
• 3–5 years of experience as a data analyst.
• Advanced Excel skills required.
• Experience with HRIS/SAP modules is a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Highly organized with attention to detail; able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Bilingual in Spanish and English is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Serve as an SME in HCM and Organizational Management modules.
• Develop and optimize HRIS reports and analytics (SuccessFactors, SAP).
• Design dashboards by integrating data from HR, Payroll, Benefits, and other systems.
