Experience using Oracle HRMS/ERP or similar HRIS; payroll documentation knowledge.

Responsibilities

Coordinate onboarding for regular, temporary, election workers during peak cycles.
Enter personnel data into Oracle systems and secure approvals.
Manage confidential personnel records and maintain files.
Assist with FMLA and other leave-related matters and benefits info.
Monitor training compliance and track employee transcripts.
Support payroll paperwork and related HR documents.
