WebTPA is seeking an HR Advisor to answer calls, emails and chats, providing information and guidance on HR processes to employees and managers. The role includes case triage and escalation as needed, with data entry and HR system support across benefits, payroll, and onboarding.

You will work with HR policy knowledge, ensure timely responses, and help drive employee service quality while coordinating with the HR Solutions Center and managers. Travel is occasional.

Qualifications

• 4+ years’ related work experience in human resources or customer service.
• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Demonstrated working knowledge with Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills with the ability to handle high call volumes.
• Ability to travel occasionally.

Responsabilités

• Answer incoming calls, emails and chats and provide HR process information and guidance to employees and managers.
• Triage initial inquiries and open/manage cases requiring additional research.
• Document inquiries in case management tool and ensure timely follow-up.
• Enter and maintain HR data in systems and support HR transactions.
• Support benefits, compensation, employee relations, onboarding and HR programs.
