Job summary

ADP is seeking an experienced HR Generalist to provide authoritative HR best practices, information, and guidance to internal and external clients nationwide via telephone and email. You will exercise independent judgment, protect client privacy, and guide on complex HR issues.

Responsibilities include advising on policy formulation, researching related information, and supporting ADP staff with HR expertise. Strong MS Office skills and experience with multiple clients are preferred.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years HR Generalist experience required.
• Continuing Education requirements to maintain PHR/SPHR credentials and achieve CA PHR, if not certified.
• Bachelor’s Degree or demonstrated equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide authoritative HR best practices, information, support and guidance to internal and external clients nationwide via telephone and email.
• Protect client privacy and information at all times.
• Guide clients through complex HR issues and advise on problem resolution and policy formulation.
• Research information and analyze data to provide best practice HR advice.
• Assist internal ADP staff and other departments with HR knowledge and Help Desk support.
